Simone graduated from Central Carolina Community College as a Registered Nurse and became Director of Nursing at Three Springs in 1994. In the last sixteen years, she has become the chairperson for a team who developed a Nursing Manual that has been utilized by Three Springs, and adapted by Sequel for all their programs. Simone has also helped establish nursing departments at new programs and revitalized those who needed help in becoming more efficient. She has prepared nursing departments for JCAHO, CARF, and Medicaid audits.
