The Admissions Process
It is important to our staff and faculty that your daughter is a part of the decision to attend Auldern Academy.
By involving your child in the decision to enroll at a therapeutic boarding school, and holding her accountable to this choice, she becomes a stakeholder in her success. The responsibility of this decision is an important preparation for the realities of college and independence, both of which require a great deal of commitment.
If you are interested in applying for admission to Auldern Academy, or if you would like to schedule a tour of the campus, please contact our Admissions Director. Additional documents must be submitted with the application, as indicated below.
If your applicant is selected to proceed to the next step, you will be asked to accompany her to our campus. There you will learn more about the school and participate with her in the admissions interview. If circumstances prevent an on-campus interview, a telephone interview may be an option.
After the interview, the Admissions Committee will typically render a decision regarding admission within twenty-four hours, although in some cases additional information may first be required. Qualified students shall be admitted without regard to race, color, creed, ethnic background, native origin or any specific handicaps.
